Over the last year I have ran in several 5k and 10k fun runs for various charities raising a couple of hundred pounds.
This year I wanted a step up in challenge, both in terms of event and fundraising. In April 2014 I will be taking part in my first, hopefully of many, sprint distance triathlons in aid of St. Andrew's Children's Hospice.
The race will consist of a 400m swim, (16lengths), a 24km road cycle, and a 5km run.
Anything you can donate to the charity will be greatly appreciated!
